Privacy Policy

• Full name, email address, and mobile number, provided by you at registration.
• Your password, stored only as a salted, irreversible Argon2id hash — we never store or can retrieve your plaintext password.
• Course progress data (which lessons you've watched or completed) so we can show your progress and resume points.
• Basic technical data such as IP address and browser user-agent, used only for security purposes (e.g. rate-limiting login attempts) and never sold or used for advertising.

• To create and manage your account, and to verify your email address.
• To grant and track access to courses you've enrolled in, including enforcing the 6-month access period.
• To communicate with you about your account, enrollment, or support requests (via WhatsApp or email).
• To maintain platform security — e.g. detecting suspicious login activity.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your mobile number is your login identifier (username). Your email address is used solely to verify you at signup and to recover your account (e.g. password reset) — we do not use it as a login credential. Your mobile number is not itself verified via OTP at this time; keep it accurate, as it is how you sign in.

How you may use the course videos, code, spreadsheets and other materials, including the rule that the course is for one individual's personal learning only, is set out in section 9 of our Terms & Conditions. Sharing, recording, redistributing or publicly displaying any course content is strictly prohibited.

Data is stored in a MySQL database. Passwords are hashed using Argon2id (a memory-hard, salted hashing algorithm — we do not store plaintext passwords, and cannot recover them for you; a forgotten password can only be reset, not retrieved). Session/login tokens are short-lived and revocable. While we take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, no method of storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use minimal local browser storage to keep you logged in (a session token) — no third-party advertising trackers or cross-site analytics cookies are used on this platform at this time.

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to reasonable retention needs, e.g. financial/enrollment records), by contacting us via WhatsApp or email below.

We currently do not offer phone call support. All support is handled via WhatsApp message at +91 74837 04612, or by email at help@strikeatm.com. Please do not expect or attempt to call this number — it is monitored for text/WhatsApp messages only.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

This Privacy Policy is written in English, and this English version applies to every user of this website and the course, whichever language they choose to read the rest of the website in. No translation changes, replaces or adds to it.
