This course, all its lessons, code, spreadsheets, videos, and any accompanying material (collectively, the "Content") are provided strictly for educational purposes. The Content teaches general concepts in data analysis, Python programming, and historical backtesting methodology as applied to options data. Nothing in the Content is, or should be construed as, a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security, derivative, or financial instrument.

We are not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Adviser, Research Analyst, or in any other capacity that would authorize us to provide personalized investment advice or recommendations. We do not provide buy/sell signals, trading calls, portfolio management services, or any advisory service of any kind, now or in the future through this platform.

Any strategy, indicator, rule, or piece of code discussed or demonstrated in the Content is illustrative only, built on historical data that is at least three months old at the time of teaching, and is not a recommendation to use that strategy with real capital.

This course does not teach order placement, trade execution, broker platform usage, live trading workflows, or real-time decision-making. No live or real-time market data is used, shown, or taught anywhere in this course. We do not instruct you on when, how, or whether to place any real trade.

The Content — including but not limited to all Python code, Excel workbooks, backtesting logic, the capstone project, and any results or statistics shown (equity curves, win rates, P&L figures) — is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Code shown in this course, including the capstone project, may contain bugs, errors, logical mistakes, or omissions, some of which may be pointed out and corrected during the course itself as a deliberate teaching device, and others of which may remain undiscovered.

We make no representation or warranty that any strategy, technique, or piece of code taught will be profitable, accurate, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose, market condition, or time period — including periods after the course's historical data window. Past performance shown on historical data is not, and must never be treated as, indicative of future results.

You are solely responsible for independently testing, validating, and satisfying yourself as to the correctness of any code or method before relying on it for any purpose, and for any decision you make in connection with financial markets, whether or not informed by this course.

Trading and investing in securities and derivatives carries substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. You acknowledge that any application of concepts learned in this course to real trading or investment activity is undertaken entirely at your own risk and discretion. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StrikeATM, its owner, and its instructors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage — including trading losses, lost profits, or data loss — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Content or this platform.

Enrollment currently requires manual verification of payment and is activated by us after payment is confirmed. Access to a purchased course is granted for a period of 6 (six) months from the date your enrollment is activated, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Access is not lifetime and will automatically lapse at the end of this period. Renewal, if offered, will be communicated separately and may be subject to then-current pricing.

Given the immediate access to downloadable and viewable Content upon enrollment, sales are generally final and non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion in cases of a genuine technical failure attributable to us. Refund requests, if any, should be raised via WhatsApp within 48 hours of enrollment.

You must provide accurate registration details and a valid 10-digit Indian mobile number (used as your login identifier) and a valid email address (used for verification and account recovery). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable except through our manual admin process (e.g. if you change your mobile number).

All Content, including videos, lessons, code, notebooks, spreadsheets, the strategies and their rules and parameters as taught, and the StrikeATM Score, is the intellectual property of StrikeATM. It is licensed, not sold, to one individual for their own personal learning.

Individuals only. The course may not be purchased or used by or on behalf of a company, firm, partnership, trading desk, broker, training institute or any other organisation. For organisational use, contact us at help@strikeatm.com for a separate written licence.

Not permitted, in whole or in part, free or paid:

• sharing, copying, downloading, recording, publishing, publicly displaying, redistributing or reselling any Content, on any platform, public or private, including YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp groups, torrents or any file-sharing service, and by any means, including screen recording, download tools or browser extensions;
• publishing or sharing the course code or notebooks, or any modified version of them;
• teaching, presenting or selling the course's strategies, rules, parameters or code, or anything derived from them, as a course, a product, a paid community, a signal or advisory service, or software;
• sharing your login or letting anyone else use your account.

Permitted: running and modifying the code on your own computer for your own learning and your own backtests.

A breach ends your access without refund and may lead to civil and criminal action under Indian copyright and contract law, without further notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

These Terms are written in English, and this English version applies to every user of this website and the course, whichever language they choose to read the rest of the website in. Parts of the website are also available in Hindi for convenience; no translation changes, replaces or adds to these Terms.
